Awkward

How amusing are buzzwords.
Lately I’ve been saying ‘classic’ a lot, I think I inherited it from a mate.
But one that’s been doing the rounds with my youth is the word ‘awkward’ (first syllable is said falsetto). It’s quite amusing, and I must admit, I have used it every now and then. One of the interesting things though is that it is often used when things aren’t awkward.
It has replaced what people really feel, so instead of expressing themselves when uncomfortable, they say awkward, so it wont be awkward. Ironic.
On the topic of buzzwords, Awesome has totally lost its meaning. Everything is awesome these days.
Can you think of any other over used buzzwords?
